For me Core athletics allowed me to take not only my body, but my mind to the next level when training. Raul pushes you both physically and mentally and without his help I would not be at the level that I am, playing with the Oxnard Guerreros. Every time I look in the mirror I see changes to my body that I never expected. If you are a young kid who has dreams of reaching the next level I highly recommend core athletics. Or even if you are someone who's trying to get in shape you should stop by as well because the training regimen will allow you to get in shape faster than what you could on your own. Raul is also someone who goes the extra mile to see you succeed. I picked up an injury recently and he has done treatment with me each and every day to get me back on the field. He is a busy man yet he still finds time to take care of his athletes. I have so much appreciation for Raul, and I wish I would've had the opportunity to start with him even sooner.

I am soccer player and I had an ACL and Meniscus surgery in October. I have been going to core for a month now and I been getting great results in my rehab process and my blueprint in getting back on the field as strong as possible but at the same time as smart as possible.

Here you work with groups of people that will push you to your best,. This is also the only facility you will find the smart fit tech that will push your physical and mental limits.

I play soccer and am in the twilight years of my playing days. Not only has the training helped with getting out there on Saturdays and kicking butt, but it's also helped me lead a healthy lifestyle when I step off the field. After moving here from the bay area, we were worried we wouldn't find a facility like d1. Raul , TJ and his trainers superceed our expectations and our sons been getting the best work outs ever and ready for them to take him to the next level

I've never been one to attend gyms, but now I would never consider anywhere else. The trainer Raul is a genius. He does everything in his power to give you exactly what you are looking for. He gives you the motivation you need to get better. Before, I would dread doing any kind of workouts, but now I can't wait to get in there and get my workout going.
