The instructors are all very knowledgeable and the group classes are really great with a good focus on boxing technique and form. The frontdesk people are very friendly. I definitely recomend Knockout Fitness.
This gym has something for everyone, weights, fitness classes, boot camps, MMA, fitness challenges, ... and the trainers are very welcoming, they make you feel like you come home. I am always excited to see Manny at the reception and of course Ben is the best MMA coach, he is a very good motivator and brings the best out of you.

I enjoy the group training classes a lot! You really feel like you get a full body work out every week. I also like the schedule of times and for me it works great to hit the gym right after work

Best gym in Oxnard when it comes to group training. Awesome staff, trainers and instructors. Family oriented and they play the best music. Energy is always high and motivating, highly recommend!!!!
Over billed me and Manager Jaime didn't allow me to talk to owner, and got offended and acted like his ego was hurt. Gym is awesome manager needs work.
I was living in Arkansas at the time and came home to Oxnard for a month. I asked for a 1 month membership and KO was extremely accomodating...didnt charge me an arm and leg.
Other places in town I checked with wanted atleast an arm and 2 legs! Which was ridiculous and not friendly towards out of town visitors. Now I am coming home to Oxnard tomorrow for a week and I will definitely be calling them for a place to work out.
