This is the best gym I've ever been to. I don't think I've ever sweated as much as I did in the boxing conditioning & d.u.t classes. I've learned a lot here, the coaches and staff are very friendly & professional.... more
The instructors are so kind and patient. Even though my daughter is only 3 years old, she is definitely learning gymnastic skills.. This place is amazing. I've never had any experience with any gymnastics training facilities but so far my 18 month old loves it and is so happy when she is here for her parent and me classes for the younger kids.... more
Fairly cheap but pushy vibe. One of the staff who is a guy kept on forcing me to buy a membership. I wish there are showers there too. Spacing was decent in terms of moving around. A lot to improve despite nice equipment.... more
great place to work out and very affordable. I like the atmosphere and the staff. They keep the facility clean and they have great equipment.. This gym is great! Offers a variety of equipment! The prices are hard to beat! And it's always clean! I love working out here with my husband!... more
