The instructors are so kind and patient. Even though my daughter is only 3 years old, she is definitely learning gymnastic skills.. This place is amazing. I've never had any experience with any gymnastics training facilities but so far my 18 month old loves it and is so happy when she is here for her parent and me classes for the younger kids.... more

Yesterday was my first workout at enerji barre with Erika. I usually work out 5 days a week at 24 hour fitness, but the barre cardio class is completely different. I'm so sore and loving it!! I'm looking forward to all the other classes offered.... more
