The best place to, "Stretch it out". The yoga mat is a little piece of heaven, especially during these trying times. The teachers are dedicated professionals who make sure you get the most out of your yoga experience. The inside has high ceilings, zen merchandise galore, captivating murals and THIS STUDIO IS VERY CLEAN.
Now is the time to get your "zen" on. PEACE!!!
Found them through Groupon. Purchased a series of 10. The instructors are great and provide modifications. To see results you need to attend class at least twice a week. Signed up for a 9-month unlimited attendance since I will be attending 3 times a week. I take classes at both the Orange and Anaheim location.
[5-STAR RECOMMENDATION] This place is located on North Tustin Street in the city of Orange, California. The customer service is excellent! Very friendly customer service associates. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you get the chance.
They offer a wide variety of classes and have an extensive schedule for everyone of all levels frpm beginner to advance. All of the instructors have been wonderful and they really are here to serve you and your practice. I've tried out several studios and this is the only one I willingly come back to.
Yeah! I survived my second live Yoga session! Woo Hoo! Thank you so much The Yoga Mat for another great Yelp Yoga Event!
This is class as a even more up close and personal than the previous Yoga Mat in Anaheim event. The good thing is this studio is larger and a lot more people fit in the yoga studio. The bad news was I didn't get there early enough to get a yoga mat. It's partly my fault I should just invest in a yoga mat already. Doing yoga on a towel on a wooden floor is a lot like trying to break dance on a Slip-N-Slide. It's both dangerous and painful. I don't recommend it. It took even more concentration and wasn't as relaxing and nirvana like I expected.
I struggled a lot more in this yoga class compared to the last class I took. I do like how we went through a lot of yoga poses, because sometimes slow classes can get boring. I'm really becoming a fan of yoga. I might sign up for a class here at Yoga Mat or give 24 Hour Fitness yoga a try. Yoga in a studio live is a lot more fun than watching a video on yoga. Although, Tony Horton is also a good instructor. Thank you P90x for showing me yoga and thanks Yoga Mat for making me fan.
I don't think I will go out a change my lifestyle to fit the yoga image, but after a yoga session TRUST ME you will not want to eat fast food. I feel like I have removed all the toxins and negative thoughts from my mind and body. No, I did not let out a fart! The last thing on my mind would be eating some Taco Bell or KFC.
Playing sports and hitting the gym is fun, but I think Yoga is definitely helpful for an all around healthy body. I'm a fan!
