Great place to work out. Positive atmosphere.
The facilities are brand new, the gym owners installed new zebra mats for the jiujitsu program. They also floated the mats on top of a platform so judo throws are softer. I've been training jiujitsu here for a few years now and I have positive experiences with the management and coaches. My gym dues are charged timely and the rates are great. I highly recommend coming in for class. They offer free open mats Wednesdays at 8pm.
Since the change of ownership and management they by far have the worst customer service. Starting with Marjorie she is arrogant, rude and lack of professionalism. Coach Macias is by far the best coach they have, he's a beast and great at what he does, but the staff is horrible. I'm still trying to get my money back for the 6 week challenge we (my husband and I) completed in September 2018. They never ever notified of ownership change. I was told via text and verbal by Gabe i would be getting my money back on May 28,2019 and i still haven't received a dime. I've attempted to contact the owner Raul via walk in, phone call and a message thru messenger and I'm yet to hear back. Marjorie has failed to relate the messages. She states that all i can get is gym time credit. Clearly we paid $297 cash ea to do the 6 week challenge. Now we won't get our money back? Wow that's just the worst experience ever. I don't recommend this gym with the new ownership it's gone really bad real quick. Think about it before you spend your money there.
Great place with a friendly open mat and very welcoming atmosphere. Clean facilities with a good amount of mat space.
