My boys has been coming to this dojo since 2015.
They have always been kind, generous and professional. They have helped my boys be the way they are now (both of them being now junior coaches).
The owners are the best! They treat you like a family and they are a vital part of the Upland community!
Thank you for all you do and going over and beyond for the children and the community!

My son attends 3 times a week. He would go more often if he could. Wonderful, supportive environment with plenty of seating for parents.

I LOVE POWER OF ONE! My daughter does karate and I do kickboxing. I was super out of shape when I started and not sure if I would be any good. I am six months in and am so glad I decided to give it a try. Best workout I ever had. My daughter is learning invaluable lessons in life and protecting herself. It is amazing to watch her grow. We love the Power of One family!!

My 6 year old granddaughter has been coming here for 2 years. She loves it and continues to grow in focus, skills, strength and respect. This is such a great place for her. Jeremy and Jessica are amazing and caring instructors.
