I am not one that likes to complain, but I'm hoping it will help improve the way they do business.
My experience...
HORRIBLE!! I cancelled my membership months ago, I called and asked how to do so "prior" I went in to the facility as advised. No confirmation was given according to the facility, all they can provide is an email, which didn't state any proof "I cancelled"
Due to the lack of professionalism and knowledge of Crunch, my account became overdrawn because they kept trying to take out monthly fees.
I've requested several times to speak to the billing dept. or corporate office, all they kept telling me, was it's in N.Y. I'm left on hold, told the facility manager will call me back and never does, or the call is disconnected, making me call back.
I've confirmed through my bank and they stated, "it's on their billing end, not the bank" Til today, I am still fighting with these people. I've read such reviews for the same matter prior, but gave them a benefit of the doubt since they were old reviews. Nope! still dealing with the same issues. As far as the facility, it was ok, clean, and nice machines. However, you can get that at other facilities without the billing headaches.
