Been here for 2 months and I love it! Very beginner friendly, Coach Ben and the rest of the staff will take the time to explain things to you. Reasonably priced and awesome atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!

For the longest time i have been dreaming of training Muay thai and Jiu jitsu. When i got the courage, this is the first place i inquired and immediately liked the vibe when i walked in! They treat you like family. You will never feel outcasted! Very warm environment and the coaches are very friendly and helpful! Big thanks to Coach Sammy, Coach Lisa and Coach Ben for being such wonderful beings! I highly recommend training here whether you want to train for a competition or just for personal fitness.

I've been in and around martial arts my whole life, and know how rare it is to find a gym that you really feel comfortable in and can honestly say you look forward to going to. I feel at home here and being a part of this gym has made me feel like I'm also part of a family. Not only is the environment great, but the training we receive here is amazing. Our instructors make sure that all of the students are keeping up with them and truly understanding the technique so that they're always improving. The art in the technique is not lost here. We truly do practice martial arts, we don't just roll around and punch bags without learning good solid technique. Not only are our instructors great, but the staff is very friendly and always eager and willing to help with anything you need. Honestly, I can't think of a gym I've been happier at. All-in-all, EmGUARDA is a great pace to train and I'm glad to be a member here.

Emguarda gym has truly been life changing for my family. My 11 year old son does Jiu Jitsu and my husband and I train in Muay Thai and absolutely love it. We have been coming here and training for 1 1/2 years. The atmosphere is wonderful and the trainers and instructors are incredible. The time and dedication that the instructors pour into our kids is priceless. My son absolutely loves this gym and he has learned so much and is now competing in tournaments. The gym is always clean and the people here are super friendly. You will feel right at home. I highly recommend checking out this gym and giving it a try !!!!!
