Fitness Results is a wonderful place for personal training. They make it easy to work around your schedule by offering a variety of training times. The 30 minutes sessions are effective and are perfect for those with a busy schedule. The gym itself is very nice and clean, and has all of the equipment necessary to get the results you want. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have trained with Kevin on and off for years now and he has played an essential role in me reaching my fitness goals.
The price for membership is great. The facility is very clean. Would definitely recommend
I have been working out at this location for six months and am continually impressed with the trainers and the facility. Lance(the owner) is always present and keeps all the workout machines in impeccable condition. The trainers are always helpful and focus on proper form and safety. Asa, my trainer, is excellent! I prefer this facility to the high volume fitness places where you have to share machines and trainers cost much more!
I have trained with multiple trainers in their small group classes. They are great teachers and break down the skills so I can understand even though I am new to weight training. I would recommend Fitness Results to everyone from you average person to hard core atheletes.

Awesome gym atmosphere, equipment is well maintained. The gym is clean and organized, with great equipment for all levels. The trainers listen to your goals and create programs that will help you reach them. All the trainers are very knowledgeable in proper training and always willing to answer questions. I love this place, it's worth the time and money to get results that last!
My husband and I have been working out with the trainer Iggy for the past 9 months. We have seen great results in that time losing fat and gaining muscle. I have been attending Trainer Iggy's classes for the past 4 months. I attend his classes 5 days a week and I have been able to reduce my body fat percentage and have seen amazing results! Iggy is always there encouraging, motivating and most of all working hard to help me achieve my fitness goals. Highly recommend this gym!
