I first walked into this studio 4 months ago having never done a single yoga pose. I didn't know up from down dog! Now I come twice a day and I'm learning advanced poses! David and his staff are very caring and welcoming. This studio has become my home away from home. No matter what class you walk into, whether it's restorative yoga or a vinyasa class, you are guaranteed to get a good stretch, mindfulness and a great, caring and experienced teacher!

After a month of the yoga classes I'm hooked. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I love the positive vibe and relaxation that yoga brings. I've really enjoyed the gentle yoga and Curvy yoga classes! David, Jen, Amber and Sonia are the best! I highly recommend to give it a try.
Studio 3 Yoga has changed multiple aspects of my LIFE!!! They truly are a studio for every BODY!!! No matter what level you are at there is a Class for YOU!! There is NO Judgement and a TON of Support from a Beautiful Community of People!!! So Blessed that I found Studio 3 Yoga!!! Everyone NEEDS YOGA in their LIFE!!!
I absolutely love this place! The teachers are amazing and the environment is so inviting. I never thought yoga was for me, but with the love and encouragement I have received here I have learned that yoga is for everyone that's willing. I can't see my life without yoga after attending here. Thank you all so much for all the love and passion you give all of your students. Yoga is not a race, it's a journey! I am so grateful to have found studio 3 yoga.
