Love this place! Everyone is like family there! :) Ernie does a great job breakdown drills and techniques. I've done competitions and placed, all thanks to this place and everyone I train with there. Want to push yourself and be someone better, then come on in. Beginners are always welcome that's where I started and almost 3 years later I'm still there.
Me and my son have been going to zen jiu jitsu. professor Ernie is the best in teaching you where you need help, especially working on your flaws, making you push, and great with kids. Is very family oriented. trust me this is better than the gym if you're looking to get in shape
