WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! For the 3  months that I enrolled my 11 year old  at Dek Wat, I've never once seen Lynda( owner/trainer) standing next to the punching bags to adjust the children( ages ranging maybe 7 to 13) techniques and show them the proper way of kicking or striking in the art of Muay Thai.  Lynda would be 25 feet away either staring at her phone or having a conversation with the parents.

Lynda would act if she care about the children's  hygiene and check their nails, but the pile of  trash garbage Lynda has sitting there for months( and still there now I'm sure as I'm writing this) inside the gym against the wall to the right of the rolling door. Pieces of trash and emptied water bottles and her junk mail or Costco ads magazine still lingering every where un-swept since the day we started to the day we stopped coming.

Lynda would have the children do 100 or more of push ups and sit ups at a time, not breaking the exercises into bit segments.( more time to stare down on her phone ). My kid wants to learn the  Muay Thai techniques, not getting buffed or hurting her spine, Lynda!

I've seen a child hurting himself twice with a metal weight during the strenght/cardio training, he cried but Lynda too busy looking at her phone and busy talking to the other parents. I had to tell a little girl there that was closer to me, to go and tell Lynda and let her know that the child hurt himself in the jaw area,  and that he's tearing in pain.

Not once during the months we were there have I seen Lynda to instruct the children to stop and get a sip of water during the lessons.

We decided to stop coming after the month of  February and got charged $170 for discontinue, and Lynda said another month fee for not letting her know about the 30 days advance notice( Lynda! I told you verbally in person after the last session of February, that we will not be coming back after that day, and now April you still charging me the monthly fees). Went to see her at the gym mid April, and Lynda said I will be charged also for the month of May as well and that I need to cancel my daughter's membership in person, REALLY?

I emailed Lynda  twice trying to cancel my daughter's membership( I'd think Lynda would reply back since she's constantly staring down at her phone during the hour of the children program). Called more than 5 times, no answer and no answering machine, after many un-answered phone calls someone finally  picked up and I left him a message and Lynda never replied.

Lynda purposely runs a SCAM like business where she promises parents and children the best Muay Thai training, and Lynda will charge you if you're not satisfied and  try to LEAVE!!

Parents: please DO NOT enroll your child here. He and  she will be neglected and your money will not be well spent. Obviously Lynda is all about money and business...not teaching your children!

I will keep a record of my dated sent emails, phone calls made,  receipts of these unreasonable charges from Lynda Dek Wat if anyone  in the future wants to see them.
