Signed up for a $30 intro offer for 2 classes and took a Pilates NOW class on a Wednesday morning at 1100. Class was great so 2 stars instead of 1.
Problem started when I tried to book a class Friday morning for a 430 pm class. My account did not show my second class online and was prompting me to buy more classes. I called twice before noon with no answer, then left a message on the third call around 1 pm. No call back. I show up around 345 to handle in person and the shop is closed; opens 7 minutes before the class. I was told no issues with capacity and to just check in. Tried doin that during stretches and was informed the class is full. I can with my two friends and it was a bummer to have the workout for the day derailed and to have to kill an hour while I wait for my friends, especially after what I think was unreasonable effort on my Ott to try and get some resolution in advance.
Likely not going back because of this, but have emailed the shop with all of the above details and am interested to see how they handle. If the resolution is reasonable, I would be happy to update this review, and would also consider going back given the cleanliness of the shop and it's proximity (5 minutes walking) to my house.
