Flex is a great, no frills, neighborhood gym. The space is much roomier than it looks from the outside with a studio, spin room, and weight room in the back.
The weight room has two squat racks so there is rarely a line. It is clean, the people are nice, and it's usually not crowded. What more could you ask for? I hope Flex gets to re-open soon!
Simple but enough. Not overwhelming. Good vibe, clean, friendly staff. Not overly crowded. Perfect smaller neighborhood gym in my opinion!
Very friendly staff, lots of weights and machines and a good amount of room. Great place overall for anyone.
Am a new member (Jan 2020), working out gently and low-impact pre-surgery. I feel comfortable and safe in the space. Feels like a neighborhood gym, which it is. Equipment in good shape, place is clean and laid back
Good gym that I ever visited. Staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. Numerous exercise and yoga classes for people of all ages. Good working machines and a well-kept place.
Flex is a great place for all the reasons I have not liked gyms. It is smaller than most , which i really love..never crowded at the times I opt to go, it is clean, staff is very nice also. Flex is also affordable for those of us who are now retired and live on fixed incomes but want to stay active and healthy. Best of all..Flex is conveniently located right in my neighborhood.

I love the location and friendly staff. I appreciate that it's never too crowded as well, especially for the times I go. The facilities are great, and the gym is nicely laid out. If I had any suggestion, it would be maybe for one additional ergometer (rowing machine). That's my go-to machine, but since there's only one often times I have to wait until someone else finishes. Other than that, I really love it there. Keep up the good work!

Easy 5 stars. Great value, friendly staff, clean, uncrowded. Nice yoga/class room, spinning room, enough cardio equipment, a variety of resistance machines, and another room with 2 racks, dumbells & assorted toys. Moved away; miss this place.

There's something for everyone, clean & inviting space, good location (and approve people-watching shoot, right onto Piedmont Avenue), nice staff, varied schedule of classes.
After a week here I'm quite happy.

This gym is as clean as it gets. Machines are always lubed up and in perfect working order. I'm always impressed with how swiftly things get taken care of at this facility, in comparison to other gyms I've tried. Karen, the manager, runs the tightest ship in the shipping business....or fitness business, that is. Ty and Jennifer at the front desk are always greeting me by name every time I enter, which makes me feel like I'm supremely welcome and coming to a local hang out where everyone knows your name, as opposed to a health club--It keeps me coming back over and over and singing their praises.

Small, but wonderful neighborhood gym. Been a member for 3 years and love it. It does get busy typically between 530 - 7, but otherwise, there's plenty of room in the back. Good mix of free weights and machines / TRX. Great personal trainers as well (at affordable rates).
Best gym for the price! Super friendly, no bs, great location, good variety of classes at a variety of times for the working client. I have nothing bad to say about Flex! It deserves all 5 stars.
Everyone is chill, from people working there to the clients, and the clients are very diverse so no one feels out of place. There are usually enough cardio machines, and the circuit is great.
I take a spin class taught by Heather at this gym which I love! She is super motivating and supportive. The gym is neat and clean, has equipment in good shape, and is not crowded when I go early in the morning (before work). The location is very convenient also, a lot of street parking and a parking lot that is free before 8am. I plan to continue going here.
This gym is an excellent place. It is clean, nice environment, good taste in workout music, excellent instructors, the classes are fun and versatile, great workout machines and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my time there!. If I still lived near by the piedmont ave. I could go to flex again without any doubts. Believe me, I'm a gym bug and this is the best place where I've workout by far!

Easy going, friendly. Everything I need in a gym.
This is a great neighborhood gym. The staff is always friendly and helpful; the equipment is well maintained. Whether you want to do circuit training, free weights or take one of many classes, this is the place to come. Just a real great environment to work out in.
