Jinsung's classes are always well planned, and support a healthy, energized body by applying fundamentals of Iyengar's yoga. He excells at helping all levels of students, and has a patient, humorous presence, all the while inspiring and educating. He has really transformed my understanding of what yoga can do. I missed class for a few weeks recently, and really felt off my game! The studio is a great local resource.

Jessie Holland is the best yoga instructor ever! I attend her beginner and intermediate classes and alway feel fantastic at the end. She is very present while instructing and makes sure your needs are attended to and her instructions are clear. I highly recommend her (and her yoga retreats in Baja)!
