Remedy is the healthiest part of my day. Coming to class is fun, restorative, and a kick in the buns. I work 3 jobs and still try and figure out how to come 5 days a week because it really is that great. You will absolutely feel stronger and safer in your body when you take these classes regularly. Being a rollerskater, I feel more confident taking risks because Remedy has made me much stronger and better able to balance. Foam rolling also helps me immensely with injury prevention. Teachers are highly educated on anatomy and alternate strategies to protect your body during workouts. It's the best. Just go. Oh and everybody is so so nice and it smells good.

I love Remedy so much! The staff here are incredible - each with their own personalities and ways, but all dishing out the great Remedy method. Barre here is inclusive, supportive, empowering, challenging/strengthening (it WORKS), and FUN! I always feel better after a class, and the instructors are always available to share their knowledge with you, or help you troubleshoot. I've never had the same class twice, even when I attend a class taught by the same teacher two days in a row. And foam rolling is amazing - you walk out of class feeling like you got a massage!

Tam has a great class. It has really been helping me rehabilitate some old injuries that have been preventing me from other exercise. It is a great way to start your morning indeed. The extra perk is that her choice of music is amazing. Thanks!

pretty new studio for barre + foam rolling as of may 2017.

big pluses: the space is really really really nice - large waiting areas, cubbies for storing stuff, bathroom and separate changing space with curtains all decorated well. the barre studio has a foam floor. the owners/instructors are also very friendly. i was skeptical but the foam rolling classes is actually pretty great - not a workout per the name but pretty good flow and good instruction. they provide you with a softer and a more firm roller.

neutral: pricing is slightly below average/right about average for bay barre prices but they are also on classpass. weekend classes haven't been too crowded so far.

I am not the fittest, I am not the youngest and I have always been annoyingly unsupple. Despite this, I decided to give barre class ago. Tam is a wonderful teacher. She put me at ease and made me feel welcome. Before the class started she checked in with me to make sure I had no injuries and to assure me that if at anytime things were too difficult, that there would be no shame in taking a rest. During the class she was encouraging, calling me out by name and giving praise and encouragement. Great class!

Beautiful new studio and excellent classes. I love the combo of barre and foam rolling - gives both a deep workout and works out my kinks. I've taken classes from both Maggie and Tam - workouts are the perfect combination of challenging, smart, safe, and fun.

Nice studio with cushioned flooring. Typical barre class with lots of repetitions working on only a few muscle groups. Was expecting more foam rolling
