This place offers a variety of classes including yoga, flying yoga, TRX and zumba. The zumba classes are AWESOME, absolutely great (I've taken with two different teachers). It's fun and calorie burning and no matter how awkward your dancing, you feel great. I've also attended some yoga classes, all of which were heated flow. I tend to over-stretch in a heated room, so they aren't for me, but the yoga classes are super popular. Laura Camp's classes are always packed. The studio space is nice and it's very convenient to the Macarthur BART.
