I've been a member at Project Pedal for about 6 months and I can't express what a wonderful studio it is.

There's a variety of super challenging classes and all the instructors are friendly and genuinely interested in helping you reach your goals. I do personal training with the owner, Awa, and she's fantastic; disciplined, encouraging, and motivating. The community you'll find at PP is unlike I've seen at any other studio; people are friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I've been a member at Project Pedal for about 5 months and it's truly been an amazing experience! I really look forward to attending each class because the instructors focus on individual needs and work hard to make the classes fun but challenging at the same time. I love that Project Pedal is more than just a spin studio (although their spin classes are amazing!) - they offer body conditioning, TRX classes, and personal training sessions as well. Overall I cannot recommend this studio enough because it's had such a positive impact on my life!

I've been working out for 20 years, AND by far this is the best gym. Happily, I can say I look forward to going to work out. Friendly, supportive, stress free, specifically focused on your body and progress. Most important - FUN. I leave with a smile on my face and eager to come back the following day. Dedicated professionals that want the best for you. AttentIve, caring community. Creative workouts, nothing boring about this gym. Highly recommended if your looking to get out of those workout blues-try it- you have so much to gain by trying a week free workout.

I went to a spin class here and it was great. Awa has a lot of energy and there selection in music was awesome. She encouraged me to go at my own pace, and kept the rest of the class on track... which was welcoming since I'm not a conditioned spinner. The facility is very clean and the bikes are seemingly new and in good shape. She took the time to make me feel welcome at this establishment and I will definitely go back to more of her classes.

Loved Awa's class and the combo of spin and strength training (during which she was very thoughtful @ checking in on everyone and alignment). Great energy and music!!

I love Project Pedal! I have taken several spin classes with various instructors. Each instructor brings a lot of energy, fun, and a great workout. Along with the spin classes, I take the boot camps which I love too!! The spin and boot camps are a great way to mix cardio and strength training. I always leave there happy and sweaty! I heard from other members that the personal training is outstanding too. I plan on trying that as well, and I will post again when I have personal experience.
I also want to mention that not only do they have great classes, but the community is awesome too. It's an eclectic group of people that support each other, and don't judge! I enjoy them a lot.

Please give this place a shot for getting healthy or continuing a healthy life style. Spin classes are fun and challenging! Awa has been my personal trainer and was very motivating, knowledgeable and helped me get on track. I also like the strength conditioning classes to change it up. It's great there, I encourage you to try
