I took the TRX class and it was amazing for working my core, balance and coordination. also the teacher was very sweet and very informative on how to maintain good form and get the most out of each set. I highly recommend this TRX system for strengthing and stretching.

Such a tranquil studio with wonderful teachers and good time slots for classes (all throughout the day and even 2 options for lunch!). Super convenient location for those working in Uptown or Downtown Oakland.
Pleasant studio space with great gear & accessories for purchase. Street Parking is limited and plan for time to find and park in a ramp if you are driving.
