One of the most helpful personal training sessions.....ever. James (owner) goes above and beyond. I was in pain, so he even had a Physical Therapist come in during our session to take a look...and get to the bottom of the problem....AND develop a routine to fix it.
A load of insight and huge help.
Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

The gym itself is not bad. The sandpaper for toilet paper and lukewarm low flow showers did not do it for me...
