Angi is one of the most knowledgeable practitioners I have ever met. She will help you get in shape, and find ways to loosen up and strengthen. I would especially recommend her to anyone with an injury or who is dealing with the challenges of aging. She has a lovely demeanor, totally non-threatening and fun.

Wasted my whole morning! Booked the 10:45 class and was told I was lucky to get the spot because someone had booked twice. I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, etc. I was the ONLY PERSON in the class! Instructor arrived at 11:10 and I got a half hour session (supposed to be an hour), leaving at 11:45 and absolutely felt like I had done no work-out at all.
Yes, I bought the Groupon but if this is what I can expect, then never mind.

I love the Pilates, Gyrokinesis and Yamuna Body Rolling classes. My body feels great. My posture is better and I feel like I grew an inch. I recommend this studio because there are only 4 or 5 people in a class and lots of individual attention is given. Because of this ratio I was able to progress in a short period of time.

Angi is practical, down-to-earth, and effective. She helped me with a hip problem, which is now gone completely. She taught me a home-exercise program that after a few months helped me start backpacking again. I definitely recommend her!

Angi is fantastic! She knew just how to instruct me to so my body could stretch, relax, and release the stress that I carry around. Her knowledge of helping people meet their fitness goals for their individual needs regardless of injuries or medical conditions is phenomenal. Everyone could benefit from having such a great instructor!
