Jessica has an extraordinary understanding of biomechanics. That, combined with the high level of personal attention that she gives to all of her students means that she can help you with your aches, pains, and injuries better than anyone!

Jessica is an amazing teacher: she has a talent for teaching, with an extensive knowledge of human body muscle structure and an unique empathy that allows her to understand the problem of each student.

I have tried many Tree Of Life Yoga classes, Intro / Beginner Series (Jessica), Vinyasa Level 1 (Vita), Mixed-Level Vinyasa (Jessica), Rope Play / Spine Care (Jessica/Vita), Restorative (Jessica) and all of them are great, intimate size and fun attitude without competition and judgment. Beginner Series is a five lessons course that I would suggest everybody to attend: Jessica teaches fundaments about our body structure and how to take care of main muscles, showing how they interact with each other and why they are important and how they can affect the overall health. Vinyasa classes are great to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Rope Class is great to deepen and refine posture and Restorative is essential for me to practice with breathing and heal the body through it.
Both Jessica and Vita are professional and wonderful teachers that complete each other providing different qualities to each lesson. They are able to make each lesson fun, to let you face your limits and challenge them, leading students throughout a well being path and to enjoy benefits of healthy body and mind.

The Tree Of Life Studio is perfect: spacious and full of natural light. People that join the TOL community are very friendly and fun. I am grateful for having found The Tree Of Life Yoga studio and its teachers.

There are many reasons why I choose to practice here:
- Cozy, airy studio with lots of windows, and light.
- It's unpretentious and clean, lots of props to help my practice
- The people are friendly and nice, I enjoy practicing with the other regulars
- AMAZING teacher. Jessica who owns and teaches at the studio really knows what she's doing. She's super knowledgeable about yoga, anatomy, and body movement in general. I've never met anyone who is more patient and empathetic, and she knows how to push you without hurting you. I always leave class feeling energized and relaxed. My body is stronger and leaner, I feel healthier all over.

I just wish there were more classes. Hopefully more will be added in the near future.

I have had chronic lower back issues since I herniated a disc several years back. I've tried everything to get it to 100%: chiropractic, massage, physical therapy. Nothing's worked, really. They're all temporary band-aids for a problem that needs a deeper approach.

Jessica at Tree of Life Yoga has helped shape that deeper approach: yoga. Jessica herself has gone through severe back problems and sciatica, and she's fixed those problems with her own yoga practice. Her experience was invaluable in shaping a yoga practice for me that has, without a doubt, been the most effective thing I've done for my back. She knows where to push, and when to pull back. She's also great at not just giving in-person guidance, but teaching you so you have the confidence to continue the practice on your own. I did 10 private sessions with Jessica and now I've got an excellent, manageable yoga routine that I try to do on a daily basis.

Can't recommend Jessica enough. If you have back pain or sciatica, try Tree of Life Yoga now! It's never too late to setup a practice that can literally change your body.

So I have been doing yoga for maybe two years now and I missed my regular Sunday yoga class and found that Tree of Life had a 2 PM class. It required RSVP and fortunately there had been a cancellation and I was in. The Rope yoga class was totally different than anything I have tried to date. I loved it. Jessica is precise, extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and yoga and caring, in a firm way that I can appreciate. I still want to stay with my regular Sunday class but I really need to figure out way to squeeze coming back to Tree of Life Yoga regularly into my crazy busy schedule.
