Archie and I have been training for over two years, and is honestly the most complete trainer I've ever worked with. Because I play college baseball, I needed a trainer who knew the game and played at a high level, and Archie had done all that and more. He will push you to your limits, but in a good way. All of his clients who work out at the gym with him want to be there, because they know he will give them his full attention. He's even good with younger clients who are just starting workouts but may not know exactly where they should start, and Archie will never make you do anything he hasn't already done himself.
He helped me gain good muscle weight, and even helped me form a diet to help get me in shape for the season. If you have any nagging injuries, he knows many workouts to either work around or strengthen areas that need help.
For example, over the summer after I pulled my hamstring, he and I worked for two weeks straight on rehabilitating, strengthening, and explosiveness. Before I knew it I was able to go back to playing baseball with greater confidence and stronger muscles because of his workouts.
I would highly recommend emailing him about possible session times, he's there from dawn till dusk so it should be fairly easy to work out a time that fits your schedule.
