The place was clean and well maintained. Staffs were knowledgeable and friendly. Equipment's were organized and was working well.

Archie and I have been training for over two years, and is honestly the most complete trainer I've ever worked with. Because I play college baseball, I needed a trainer who knew the game and played at a high level, and Archie had done all that and more. He will push you to your limits, but in a good way. All of his clients who work out at the gym with him want to be there, because they know he will give them his full attention. He's even good with younger clients who are just starting workouts but may not know exactly where they should start, and Archie will never make you do anything he hasn't already done himself.

He helped me gain good muscle weight, and even helped me form a diet to help get me in shape for the season. If you have any nagging injuries, he knows many workouts to either work around or strengthen areas that need help.

For example, over the summer after I pulled my hamstring, he and I worked for two weeks straight on rehabilitating, strengthening, and explosiveness. Before I knew it I was able to go back to playing baseball with greater confidence and stronger muscles because of his workouts.

I would highly recommend emailing him about possible session times, he's there from dawn till dusk so it should be fairly easy to work out a time that fits your schedule.

My son started taking baseball lessons from Archie in Oct. Archie is so patient, motivating and knows his stuff! My son has improved so much. Not just with baseball skills but he has more confidence.
I saw the results with my son so I started training with Archie in Nov. I lost 14 lbs in 3 months. I have more energy and a lot more tones muscles! So if you are looking for a baseball expert or someone to help you get in shape, Archie is the guy.

AG Fitness....what can I say. I truly love this place, where I can get my fit on, in a positive, supportive atmosphere. Archie and the other trainers there are so friendly and professional, even if you are not their client. I go there 3x/week, and I look forward to that time. I am stronger physically, and mentally, look good (as others have told me), and being healthy and fit has become a way of life for me and I owe a lot of that to Archie and his support, and belief in me as a person and as a client. I highly recommend Archie and AG Fitness to anyone who wants a great place to enjoy working out and taking care of ones self.

Both my kids have been waiting with Archie the last few years and they love it. Archie is great at working with the fundamentals and is creative with his techniques. I would recommend him to anyone who has kids playing little league or travel ball.

Archie is great to work with. He takes the time to evaluate your goals upfront and then creates a customized program to help you meet them. He does a nice job of mixing up the workouts. He is also good about checking in and making sure you're keeping with the plan outside of the gym. I can't recommend him enough.
