The staff is great...friendly and take time to answer any questions. Place is also kept clean.

I love Anytime Fitness. I am new to the gym so I don't have much to compare it to, but everyone is very nice and helpful (clients and staff). I don't take any classes, but when I have questions about my form or if I'm using equipment right, staff is very quick to help me - which is much appreciated. They also gave me a student rate upon signing up which was fabulous.
I do wish that we had towels but not to worry because its easy to bring your own. Highly recommend!

They have trouble maintaining the treadmill machines here. Free weights? Nothing to maintain. Machine weights? Nothing to maintain. Exercise bikes? They go out periodically, but overall not poorly maintained. But the treadmill machines? The staff will try telling you that "you're using them wrong" or that "you're stepping on the wrong part of the belt." A new gym is opening soon over by Lucky's. There are other local workout choices that do properly maintain their equipment. I am seriously considering going back to the YMCA: treadmill belts do not slip at the Y once staff are made aware of this dangerous problem. Plus the Y has nice saunas, a great olympic-sized swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tubs, racquetball, and many, many, many more features.

I have been going to Anytime Fitness for almost 8 years one of the first members to join and love every minute. I am elderly so my participation is limited, but still manage to keep in shape through light exercise, the atmosphere and management are the best.

Update now that Anytime Fitness has two new Co-Managers, Heather(King) and Miguel(LLuLL) want to rise the "BAR" to a newer level
!!!!! The Managers have the ability to do it!! They are both friendly and very professionally to make you feel welcome and make your's Gym workout is a great experience.

Grant and Chris are always trying to improve the clubs equipment and exercise programs to what the members need.

The staff is the example of Grant's friendliness to the other Anytime Fitness members. The Club Manager, Chris Hoviick is one of the nicest persons, always friendly and also is a very knowledgeable trainer.
Grant and Chris are always trying to improve the clubs equipment and exercise programs to what the members need.
This is why I enjoy coming to Novato Anytime Fitness!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anytime fitness is a great place to work out. I have been working out here since it opened and I really like it.
All the staff are really great and friendly.
i have had training sessions with Ali Villa and she is really great.
this is a very relaxed place to work out and if you are focused you can do that here as well.
If you are working out somewhere else it is worth a trip here to check it out and see for yourself

Anytime fitness is a great place to work out. I have been working out here since it opened and I really like it.
All the staff are really great and friendly.

Best gym ever! It's not the biggest, but they've got it laid out right. Always has machines available. Everyone is friendly! Loved the manager Chris before he left, but now they've got a couple of great new people who seemed to have taken over. Great vibe!

I became a member in 2014 and I love going there 2 to 4 times a week. I like the convenient to go anytime, sometimes I go 1 or 2 am in the morning when it is more quite. The place is always clean and well maintained. The staff are nice and friendly.

Pretty rundown. I pay extra for massage beds but I can't use them at that location. Overall not a good experience. Won't be going back.

The staff is friendly and helpful but, unfortunately this location is kind of small. For the price though, this gym cannot be beat in the area and for a general work out Anytime Fitness does the job. Of course, the access to this gym and other gyms at all hours of the day is a bonus! It is certainly not the smallest/worst gym I have ever been to... I just wish there was more room and equipment!

I love anytime fitness in Novato! It is a clean, easy accessible gym that never gets too busy. The people that work at this gym are so nice! They make it so easy being open 24 hours and have great new equipment!

I love this gym. I'm pretty shy and normally hate going to the gym, but this gym is small and friendly. I feel comfortable enough to ask questions because the staff is so sweet. They get pretty busy during peak times, but I've never had an issue finding a treadmill or using the weight machines. Highly recommend for anyone who likes to keep to themselves at the gym.

I'm a fairly new member to this gym and I must admit, it's one of my favorite gyms! People and staff are friendly! I've never had any problems getting the machine or weight machine I prefer to use. Plus, they have many different things from bands, heavy weight punching bag, Zumba classes, ab classes, tanning and an awesome massage machine. I'm so glad I joined! The membership rates are reasonable and well worth it! I've never seen any part of the gym dirty. They do provide wipes for when you've finished working out, you can wipe down the machine or weights you've used. I highly recommend this gym!

The staff is friendly and helpful but, unfortunately this location is kind of small. For the price though, this gym cannot be beat in the area and for a general work out Anytime Fitness does the job.
