The gym is very nice, clean, well lighted, has fairly new equipment and the personnel as a whole are professionals

From the beginning Brad was a plus, he was personable, informative, playful and respectful. Your facility is spacious and clean, I personally liked the separation of rooms and the roles they each played. Also, the people attending your facility seemed friendly. All & all, it's a welcoming and well equipped gym.
I would definitely recommend Body Kinetics Health Club Novato. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean, the equipment is in great shape and well maintained not to mention a good selection. Also there is a wonderful variety of classes to attend that are included in the monthly price.

I LOVE Lily, Pilates Director, and Marisa, Pilates Instructor and Massage Therapist, and Rebecca, Pilates Instructor. They have all helped me IMMENSELY with various chronic body issues/pains. Their specialized knowledge and skills re. DNS are a huge added value. They are the reason I go to this gym!

Friendly personable trainers and staff available for advice or assistance throughout the day. Great basketball gym as well. Its not full size but it has a hoop at each end, hardwood floors and accurately painted lines for the key. Its great for practicing or playing pickup games.
