I really liked this place. Great vibe, open and the teachers are great too. I got a special deal from Groupon and it was literally heaven sent! It is hard to spot when you are driving by, but once you know where it's at, you'll want to be coming back! I'm ready to go back for more!

My 6 year old son has taken Aikido class over a month and he really likes it. I also liked when class started having some issues, sensei brought new ideas and rules instantly. And they have been working very well.
Love coming here for yoga! The classes are small, the place is very clean, and all the instructors are amazing. Best place to get back into a yoga practice after having a baby as they offer night classes during the week and morning classes on the weekend!
North valley Aikikai is part of heaven. Master Lee and other senior members have made everything amazing....aikido and yoga classes are both very well organized and good.

North Valley Aikikai is one of the best Aikido schools in the Los Angeles area. Lee Sensei is no nonsense, tough as nails, but also very kind and patient. The training takes place at a very high tempo which helps you stay in shape, and the techniques are clean and well explained. If you're interested in Aikido either as a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you can't go wrong here.

I've been going to yoga at North Valley Aikikai for about 8 months now. The benefits I've gained in strength, and mind are amazing! The teachers here are wonderful. Each has their own style, but all are attentive, caring, and motivating. The environment is one of encouragement and community awareness. I feel blessed to have stumbled upon these classes and most importantly, these wonderful people!
I'm just getting back into yoga and the classes are very easy to get adjusted to. I wish I could be there more often because it really makes starting my day out with such a good feeling. It has really helped my breathing and relaxation. Making me more focused and in tuned with what my body is saying to me. I highly recommend Valley Aikikai for their great facility and instructors.
