After not going to the gym for 15 years I decided to give personal training a try based on the other reviews I saw online. I'm glad I did! Not only do you get one-on-one personal training, but you learn completely new exercises, strengthen and rehabilitate past injuries, receive two hour tutorial on nutrition and a custom diet plan. Did I mention a weekly and monthly life goal plan? Well they do that too, and make sure you stick to it!

I definitely wasn't expecting all of that! I clearly have noticed a new spark to my step, and feel a lot more proactive in my daily life. It's nice to know that there is a solution towards attaining lifelong sustainable energy!

Also, this experience got me into Pickleball which is really good for getting weekly cardio exercise credit while having fun with new people!

The fitness "prescription" developed specifically for you by Sean and his team enable you to reach your goals in a healthy and sustainable manner. While you'll quickly see results, every exercise is introduced in order to create a strong foundation for growth. Programs build upon programs in an effort to develop lifetime fitness habits. I've tried many different fitness programs and have never achieved the level of success that I have at Tenacious Fitness. Beyond that, training with Sean and Bobby is a lot of fun. Tenacious isn't just a word to describe how you'll approach your fitness goals, but it also describes how Sean, Bobby and the team approach them as well. They'll hold you accountable, help you reach your goals, and then help create new ones while maintaining your progress. I highly recommend Tenacious Fitness.

I highly recommend Napa Tenacious personal training gym. Sean and Bobby are super friendly and make working out a lot of fun. If you are a seasoned fitness buff or just a beginner, these guys will tailor the experience to your needs. I should add that they are great at injury management and know a ton about how to help with an old injury or a new one. I found myself looking forward to my work out sessions at this place which was definitely not the case at previous gyms I have used.

Napa Tenacious Fitness offers an atypical gym experience. Not only are you given one on one attention in workouts, you are also given life coaching and nutritional advice. Napa Tenacious is not so much about making muscles grow big, rather, they are about growing the individual into the best self they can be. If you are looking to not only improve yourself physically but soulfully, Napa Tenacious is an effective vehicle to accomplish such important work. Not to mention the atmosphere is very laid back and jovial. 5 star highly recommend!

Napa Tenacious is awesome. If you have a busy schedule but still want to be able to maximize your fitness goals and time in the gym, then this is the place for you! The trainers, Sean, Jesse and Bobby are great and know their stuff! They make sure you work hard and have a plan tailored toward what you want/need. I have been going to Napa Tenacious for about 6 months now and have seen great results!

I have been working out at Tenacious Fitness for about 3 years now and it has changed my life. Not only have I become physically stronger and more toned, but I have also become mentally strong and more confident in myself. I currently train twice a week which has been the perfect consistency for me. Sean and Yadira have helped me maintain my healthy lifestyle and have been nothing but supportive and encouraging, while also still kicking my butt in the gym! I would highly recommend Tenacious Fitness!

I have been working out at Tenacious Fitness for about 3 years now and it has changed my life. Not only have I become physically stronger and more toned, but I have also become mentally strong and more confident in myself. I cannot speak highly enough about Sean and his team! I have been attending weekly training sessions at Tenacious Fitness for over 6 months. Sean is passionate, knowledgeable and takes the time to truly understand my goals. Most importantly Sean listens to my feedback to ensure my training sessions are fun, diverse and target the areas that I want to focus on. I have been battling a knee injury for over 15yrs and very quickly after a few months of consistent training at Tenacious Fitness I noticed a total change in my knee mobility and strength - this in turn has improved my quality of life! In addition to my knee rehabilitation Sean has also helped me gain a better understanding of nutrition and overall wellness, I'm proud to say that I have also lost 8lbs along the way. I am grateful to have found a safe and supportive training environment!

Upward mobility is a necessity to help minimize chronic pain and to live a healthier life overall...sometimes it's easier said but this is an excellent place to rebuild and gain not only a life in fitness but confidence to do daily exercises even without Sean! He's beyond knowledgeable and very patient!

Moving back to Napa Valley in 2015 was an adjustment, especially with the wonderful food and wine to indulge in. By January of 2017, i was ready to make a change- eat better- exercise regularly- but needed some serious motivation. My sister had been going to Tenacious for 3 years and recommended i speak with Sean about my overall fitness goals and the reasons why i wanted to get fit. It's important to understand that at Tenacious, the "why" is crucial for them to know- in order for them to help you reach that goal. it's much more than just a gym, its personal one-on-one training that is specialized to you and your body- to help you achieve your goal. the attention and care given to me over this past year, as been truly incredible. you will focus on movements and exercises that you enjoy- ones that you are good at it.
Overall, i wanted feel better- look better- lose 10+ lbs- and fit into my clothes better. After a few phone calls with Sean, i started at Tenacious on January 19th, and as of Oct 31st- i lost 13lbs- dropped a pant size- a shirt size- and overall feel awesome!! it was slow weight loss about 1-2 lbs a month, but very steady and consistent and i never gave up. Completing this goal in 10 months surpassed my expectation but i know i couldn't have done it without Tenacious. Can't say enough amazing things about Sean and his team and his fitness routines.

I cannot say enough good things about Sean and Napa Tenacious Fitness! I've been going to Sean for 3 years now and in that time I have increased my lean muscle, eliminated back pain, and set achievable weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.
