This is a great gym! It's small, but that's for the better because it makes it a lot less intimidating.

Great, no-frills, in and out gym. The current classes are so amazing and Jackie & Freddie will help you want to push yourself to places you didn't think you could go, but can! Such a hardcore no BS place...I love it.

Awesome gym! No frills but all the weights and equipment one could need. The owner and patrons are all very personable.

Great affordable gym. I never have to wait for use of the gym equipment because there's plenty to chose from.

Said they closed at 10:00 pm and I get here at 8:19pm and they locked the doors!! Not a good way to spend the end of my day
