I used to attend the boot camp and TRX classes here. The groups are small and the workouts were amazing. Having never hit the gym regularly in the past, I started off with zero knowledge of group fitness and workouts. But Beth was very welcoming and assured me that it was never too late to start.
All the coaches were very encouraging but I specifically want to mention Shannon who encouraged me and pushed me to be better.
Out of all the things I miss about Napa, wine country CrossFit is #1 all thanks to you ladies and the amazing community you've built. Thank you once again for turning a couch potato into a workout lover.
I love the TRX and Boot Camp classes with instructors Jackie, Shannon and Aly at Wine Country CrossFit. These instructors are amazing, talented, creative, energetic, and fun. The classes combine strength training with core conditioning for an excellent work out every time. You are made to feel right at home, like part of a fitness family. They get to know you and help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether it is group classes or personal training sessions that you want, Wine Country CrossFit is a great place for beginners or long-time fitness enthusiasts.
While vacationing I dropped in a few times. Gabriel (coach) was awesome and offered technique pointers in a very positive way. Group was friendly and made me feel very welcome. A great way to start your day in the Valley!

Nice box. Very friendly to drop ins. We came for a Saturday 9 am workout which surprisingly (to them) had 20 drop ins. They handled it well and we had a nice workout. The owner was there and was friendly and accommodating. She was nice enough to let us stay after and keep training and also pulled down some silks for us to play on.
This gym is amazing! Beth and all her chosen trainers are really awesome at scaling exercises for different skill levels, and they're sure to check your form and teach each step of the workout every time. Proper form prevents injury, after all! I've been a regular here, attending the Boot Camp classes, for around 6 months, and it has been worth every second. The workouts are incredibly hard, but super varied. Highly, highly recommended.

Working with Beth at Wine Country CrossFit has truly changed my life. When you hear those stories about people REALLY changing and fantasize about it being you, that's what happened to me when I started going here.
I've gone from being the whiniest person in the gym (doubting myself a lot) to being a fit, healthy, goal-accomplisher! Not only have Beth and CrossFit helped me develop my own strength, but the confidence I feel now has easily transferred to success in my career and personal life. You'll own your workouts, take responsibility for failed attempts, and use that tough-love experience to get back up again EVERY TIME.
Everyone at WCCF is extremely supportive and it really doesn't matter what level you are. The coaches are totally happy to explain moves and they'll never push you to do something you're not ready for. Just show up each week, do the work, and see how you progress through the movements and weights. I had never committed to a workout before this, and each week here is something new. That's perfect for people who get bored easily, and you'll realize what you're actually capable of because you'll keep going to class. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I joined Wine Valley Crossfit 4 months ago and am so happy I did, not only because the tremendous complimentary benefits Cross Fit adds to the sports I participate in, but the friendly and encouraging staff. I feel like I have a personal trainer every time I go in for my workout of the day. There is a wide variety of classes and times that accommodate any schedule. Instructors are always available to help and offer advice concerning posture and technique. In addition, Wine Valley cultivates a very positive atmosphere with a strong dedication to overall physical and mental health.
