I have been with Exertec for about 4 yrs. Off and on. I love it there. All 5he staff are friendly. I do an aqua class it's so fun

Basic fitness center. Treadmills, machines, free weights, rowing machines, and stretching area. Good rig for pullups anf other body weight exercise. Staff is pleasant. Locker rooms are nice. This is a no frills place where you can do a solid self guided workout.
