For the price no complaints... But they need to change out the shower drain covers. They look disgusting.
It's a good location to workout at. Has its pros and cons like any other gym. The evening time its alot of women nearly covered trying to get attention and I get it some people need the attention and in the morning it's a good crowd, the normal committed ones normally come, but the janitor in the morning has no regard for people working out. I thought I was the only one who has the issue but I've talked to alot of people in there and the janitor will mop right next to you. If you walk away from your station for a sec and hes but you hes soak up your area. I was standing talking and I stepped back and was standing on the mop because he was so close. And he doesn't talk or apologize to anyone for what he does. It's been going on for a while, so if you work out in the AM lookout for the mopping janitor because he takes no prisoners and will soak up your area making it unsafe to do certain workouts because he can/will lose your footing.
Please reconsider this gymnasium before trying to get a membership. At around 12:00pm yesterday it was my first time in the Moreno Valley area looking for a gymnasium membership. I talked to Nancy she was nice enough to give my friend and I a tour of the facility. Nancy showed the break down of the different areas to workout, where to shower and where the lockers are located. Nancy gave us a five day pass which after yesterday I will not use. After the tour, my friend and I decided to workout for about 2 hours. Since I only had clothes in my gym bag with no valuables and at previous gymnasiums in the United States this has not caused troubles, I decided to leave my clothes with my gym bag with no lock at one of the designated lockers that have numbers. I mean common my clothes and gym bag were old and unbranded. This turn to be the gym that disappointed with their security system. Per on of the front ladies, this LA Fitness facility does not have cameras outside the gymnasium where people workout. Gymnasiums that are low cost have security cameras. I could not believe this gymnasium has no security cameras. If they had cameras on their premises security would have been to catch the person that stole my bag. However, seeing that LA Fitness is consider a good brand I am in utter disappointment that they can afford to let thieves get away with stealing. Thus, please be aware of your surroundings and do not visit this gym until cameras are install for your security and that of others.
great workout zone.. not tight or over populated
Clean, lots of equipment and friendly staff. I love the sauna and spa after my workouts here. Bring your kids and they can stay in kids zone while you workout.
They don't enforce rules around the pool and hot tub regarding clothing, I have seen people getting in the hot tub with leggings but the worse was yesterday with a man in boxers shorts that's to much

Dirty, no one re-racks weights nor wipes down their gross sweat from the machines. I have pictures of weights piled by the mirror. Always has cardio machines broken, group fitness room floor is DISGUSTING! Dont even want to start on the restroom. I really dont know where our fees go to b/c this place is trash! Definitely cancelling my 8 year membership as newer smaller gyms are opening that are really customer service & cleanliness based (like Chuze Fitness).
So if you're wondering about LA Fitness yes gym does have different equipment I like to go to this one because it has single arm exercises which is great They do change yet the machines so if I go to both gyms but you really like this one machines are great there's plenty of parking it is busy during the busy hours there is no pool and I believe there's no racquetball I'm not too sure if there's basketball there either but other than that I do like it for the equipment the machines and free weights are great there a snack bar they make drinks do you have a vending machine that has good drinks which is good with the membership for $30 all their gyms just about I believe there's one or two you can't go to but then I'm fine with that so if you are a member and you get a chance you do need to check out every channel that you possibly can because I believe they change up the machines which is great so that way you're out of town or it anywhere stop in LA Fitness I'm sure you'll like it

Nice n cleaner than most. Great Oqua fit n Zumba classes. Has handicapped parking but needs more
Update: As of today, I am officially canceling my membership for the sole purpose of the PERSONAL TRAINERS, SPECIFICALLY BRANDON AND HAYDEN. They are quite the hypocritical bunch especially when they say to re-rack weights when they can't even do that themselves neither their clients which is a nasty/annoying habit to pass off to others. As for their training, I would look into at least trying, and I say that loosely because you are getting ripped any way you look at it, to get your money's worth because based off the past months and years I have watched from a distance, they can't even teach their clients proper form neither keep an eye on them for two seconds before glancing off to their phones. They also hoard a collection of EZ bar curls in their private "training area" which they are overly sensitive about, even if you are out of the way. Thanks LA Fitness you have lost another client because of your obnoxiously rude staff.

Half the people that workout here must think that they're all that and a bag of chips because they can't put the dBells back in the right spot, some just leave them once they're finished working out. I have one foot out the door of this place, about ready to cancel my membership.

The facilities are pretty clean but there are not enough machines especially if you come after work then good luck with getting good workout.
First of all if you offer child care services your child care provider should be the friendliest person in the facility!!! They have some young girl who seems disinterested in her job. She didnt smile or make me feel welcome at all. She didnt explain her routine in the center. I asked her and still got a one sentence response. She needs to be replaced period! For parents looking for the option of child care the first thing they will judge is the provider not the facility. You have to make parents feel comfortable and at ease leaving their children with you. The facility is nice but my husband asked to use the restroom before we toured the facility and they told him it's for members only?! Like see seriously are you trying to not close us on a membership on purpose? So, needless to say we will not be joining and I'm actually sad because I wanted to start working out with my husband there instead of having to go one at a time.

Very good people with great actitud and super clean place
A clean and well maintained location. I don't I interact with the staff much, but they seem as attentive as the staff in most LA Fitness locations. There is a dry sauna, small, that is okay, but gets easily crowded. No steam room. The showers and the locker area are very well kept. The vibe from the gym goers is very easy going.
Thank you so much, I had an amazing experience at LA Fitness on Eucalyptus today! The amenities were above and beyond outstanding. Today I had the complete silver dollar experience to include pool and dry sauna! A big plus for me was working out with clean, matching weights and uniform dumbells, noticeably diverse weight training equipment and did I mention the smoothie bar? If you expect an overall solid physical, mental, and emotional healing experience at a gym which you should, I definitely choose LA Fitness!

spacious but a fight broke out with full on yelling in the weights dept. by some guys there and no one who worked there intervened...sketchy.
Used this gym out of lack of options. The manager is great, very friendly and will resolve issues as he can if you bring them to his attention. The rest of the staff is hit or miss. One male trainer approached me and told me I should smile more (I was kind of amazed at his lack of self awareness, tbh). They all have visibility of the pool area but do nothing to enforce the "rules" of the pool - primarily the one that prohibits children from using it as the community diving pool. Let me paint a scenario - 3 lane lap pool, the only other people are hanging out on the submerged stairs, their kid is swimming around in the same lane. I pick the lane furthest away, so he can still have room. At this point he decides he needs my lane, too. Not today, kiddo, not today. I very politely asked him to try to stay in the other lanes (on two separate occasions), but should not have needed to wrangle someone else's child out of a fitness swimming zone. I'm just trying to live my life and swim my laps. Most of the cardio equipment is dated, if you are trying to run on an incline you had better make sure your balance is on point because those suckers sway like palm trees in the wind. Last but not least, there are rules posted about things like listening to your music - like, hey...maybe put some headphones on? Not good enough for the LA Fitness bros. They brought a full on boombox into the free weights area and blasted their music for the room to hear (over our own headphones). This happened basically every Saturday I was in there. Again, behavior that went totally ignored by the staff. The hardest working person there is the lady who maintains the women's locker rooms - she is great and super nice. Long story short - this place could be great if the staff actually did more than scan your keyfob, but I am definitely hoping I don't have to use an LA Fitness ever again.

The sign-up process was a nightmare. I felt like they were trying to bully me into paying extra for a personal trainer, even when I insisted I couldn't afford it. They actually implied that I wouldn't get results if I didn't use a personal trainer.
Even after I cancelled my membership in person they still attempted to deduct the fee from my card the following month. I read reviews regarding this previously so I was one step ahead and they were unable to charge my card. I received an email later stating there was a problem processing my payment.
I'm constantly getting emails to return, but I have no intention on doing so. I'm already a member at another gym and love it. Although LA fitness is a great place to work out at, it really seems their only interest is to increase their revenue no matter how inconvenient it is for others.

Getting tired of the little clean up guy telling me to deadlift quietly, but yet won't tell anyone else. If friends of mine can come in a slam 600lb deadlifts and not be bothered then don't bother me. Im not grunting so I assume it's the noise of the weights on the floor but there's no quietly putting down 300+ lbs. If this is a problem be like planet fitness and ban deadlifts. Get on people who don't clean up after themselves, clean equipment after usage or unrack weights and pick up their dumbbells.
