If you want to do Crossfit, work out at a friendly environment, and learn from two great coaches, Ivan and Mando, this is the place to be. I have been with this box for five years and it has only made me a better athlete and person. You will enjoy this place!
I joined RCCF a little over two years ago and it has changed my life! Two years ago I was 30lbs heavier, struggled to do one pull-up and running a half mile felt like a near death experience. That has since all changed with the amazing training programs, constant encouragement for correct lifting techniques and great overall coaching from Ivan and Mando!
I been member of rc Crossfit for year and it changed my life . With the help of coach Ivan and Mando I learned how to lift safe and legit. Member encouraged each other a lot and it's like my family here now . Love it and will recommend everyone who want change in life
I called this place trying to get a free class to try it out before purchasing a groupon deal that was available. Ivan the guy on the phone, was very pleasant to speak with. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable enough that i showed up to the after noon class. The instructor at that time was Armado, I loved the class, the workout, not so much the group of people since they were all very unfriendly. Stuck ups I would say! Any how. I was there for my workout which i got and it was all good. Once the class was over I walked over to Armado to ask more about the price and the groupon deal, he was very dissapointed to know that I was there only because of the groupon and encouraged me not to purchase thru them that he would offer a better deal which it was not even close to the offer on groupon. The only reason why i gave this place a 3 is because of the discouragement to using the groupon code. I couldn't afford the high price they were offering without this groupon so i wasn't able to keep attending. My point is, if you are not going to like people buying the groupon offers because it doesn't make you money, then why even offer it to begin with.
I gave this place a chance twice. I consider myself a fair customer.
If you are looking to join crossfit because you need motivation to meet your fitness goals, this is NOT the place to join. There is a lack of real coaching and motivation. To be fair, they have two coaches and only one does a fair job at helping out. If you get uncomfortable with vulgar language, this is NOT the place as this is all they do.
$140 per month for a limit of 3 times a week NOT worth it as coaches (specially Mando) get upset or bothered if you ask questions, especially if they have already gone through an exercise or explanation. Get your money worth somewhere else! Stay away.
