Apparently the evening crew feels they don't have to do a walkthrough before closing, in the morning there are weights, medicine balls, workout equipment everywhere except where they should be. No wifi, eventhough they advertise Free Wifi for everyone. Upstairs Cardio room is blazing hot, if I wanted to work out in the extreme heat I would have joined Bacrum Yoga. TV channels are set on infomercial channels. Come on LA FITNESS, step up your game.
I have to give a great big shout to Demetrius! all locations of LA fitness should be having their management and staff learn from his customer service skills. Not going to lie, I was an angry customer and some how, Demetrius turned me into a happy customer because his level of professionalism. Truly, thank you Demetrius for being my go to guy and always being able to fix the other branches of LA fitness screw ups.

I love my gym!
It has a pool, separate saunas, all the machines and weights, and classes! I have everything I need.
The only thing is that it's not 24/7 but honestly, completely worth it still. Best gym in the area with the most amenities by far.
Ok club disappointed they do not offer towel service here and it doesn't say on Location no towels offered going home wet after a swim

Good equipment/machines available. I just wish they would fix the broken machines faster. They should also put curtains on all the showers. There's always old perves in the shower area. 9 more showers available and these preist pedophiles choose the one across you. CURTAINS needed!

I have not been at this gym in a long time. So glad they took out the carpet in the locker room. A couple friends and I took the class body works with abs. Great workout!!!

Okay LA Fitness is great place $30 membership a month great machines it does get crowded on the busy hours but on non busy hours it's beautiful and there's not too many people here so whatever now I'm busy hours would be the weekend during the week would be if you were working if you work hours 7 anytime between 7 and 3 the 1up at Towngate where I'm at now is good and so the one at Moreno Beach Drive that one has more cable pulls single arm exercises has a lot of single arm exercises there plenty of parking the times I don't still open till 12 I believe midnight pop plus they have a swimming pool at least one at Towngate does it's a pretty big one take a picture of it is upstairs they have all the bike machines and downstairs even have basketball racquetball there is an exercise wear if you do Robux couple other things I do like it better than 24-Hour Fitness I've been 24 Hour Fitness so I first started but I moved here
This is an older LA fitness. The weight section is always unorganized and has limited selection. Most of the equipment is showing its age with cushions and worn handle grips. Limited space to stretch out. If this will be your main LA fitness I would choose a different gym. It is too small and old to be worth the money. The one off of Nason has a much better layout and is better equipped.

Pros
Big facility, multiple equipment, rooms, cardio machines and most importantly it's very clean.
The management is good too but the gym is clean and hygienic because of Steven and his team.
I'd definitely recommend this gym to others.

Use to come here to play basketball but the courts always had some issues whether it be a rim missing or the floor needed repair. Maintenance overtime began to slack.

My main concern is that they need to clean up the place better sanitized everything day and night ...because I know they don't deep clean like they suppose to.... people they leave there stuff there such as napkins bottles lid and they are still there when I go the next day and after so they don't clean up the machines like they suppose to ...and because of that I end up with this bad bacteria on this filthy place that I got from there and I know it was from there cuz doctor even told me something that I have never experienced in my life had to pay over $500 on medical expenses .... so please you guys have to have a better clean and sanitized place so people could feel comfortable working out on a clean environment.......
I was cornered by a trainer the other day who decided to hit on me under the guise of "helping with any questions" I had. I told him multiple times I didn't need help but he would not leave me alone. I feel pretty uncomfortable going back because of him. I'll be going to the Arlington location now.
My car was broken into while I was working out so be careful and the staff won't care, apparently it happens there often
Would never recommend this gym to anyone and will never be a part of an LA Fitness after the terrible experiences I have had with the management here which includes being charged for a second account opened at a gym I have never been to and charged to my credit card. Apparently it has happened many times before that they did not take the situation as serious as any half decent manager would.

have been an on and off customer over the years. Place is always way to busy (even after new years). You are required to pay your first and last month of dues at sign up. you are required to cancel 6 weeks in advance through a written post marked letter to another location. YOU CANNOT CANCEL IN STORE. So if you want to cancel one day, depending on where in the month it lies you will pay for 2 more months unless you cancel your credit card and of course they apply your last month you already paid for after those...disgusting.
