I have been a member at this club for a few years and am getting more disappointed as time goes by in some of the service. I go to Brenda about 5 times a week to work out and then more during the summer for the pool with my family. It's a great place to spend a hot day, but the service is lacking. For example, we went yesterday and pay extra for towel service. When we got there we requested some towels and were told they were drying, but the staff would bring them out to us a few minutes. About an hour went by and we again requested the towels and they said they weren't ready. This went on for four hours. We went into the front to ask for a towel and they would deny. Five times in four hours! This is not the first time. I know the towels we sitting in the dryer next to the locker rooms, but I never saw a staff leave the office the entire time we were there! Come On! It's the small things that keep people coming back. I also had to go tell them that kids were snooping through the locker room trying to get into lockers and that they didn't have any soap in any of the dispensers. Fixing things takes forever and the bathroom are really grimy and need updating. I just feel like, at times, they get a bit lackadaisical in their approach to customer service. Please help!
