I've been going here 3 and a half years and I can't say enough good things about it! The owners and all the coaches are wonderful people and really know how to challenge you at whatever fitness level you are at. Core Fitness offers a wide variety of classes, and everyone is sure to find something they love. My favorite classes are TRX, TRX Next/FIT class, and Pilates! Class sizes are small, so you are never left to try and figure things out on your own or trying to catch up with what everyone else is doing because you can't see the teacher. They also offer child care during certain parts of the day, and have some killer quick lunch break classes if you can get in and out in time. On top of having great classes, the coaches are always promoting good nutrition and offer great advice on how to stay on track! Since starting here and staying consistent with 2 to 3 classes per week, I have gained a decent amount of muscle and have gotten considerably stronger, more than I ever was able to achieve on my own with Jillian Michaels or P90X videos. This is a great community to be a part of, I guarantee you won't be disappointed if you give yourself time to adjust and take up the challenge!
