There are not enough adjectives to explain my amazing experience at, Core Fitness. I have enjoyed workouts in Pilates Reformer, Barre and Pound. You know that feeling you get when a piece of your puzzle in life clicks into place? That's Core Fitness for me. The owners, Beth and Ross, are super kind, energenic and personable. Always smiling and greeting people and listening to what is working for you. Vivian... such a ray of sunshine when you walk in the door. All the instructors are fun, caring and give you incredible workouts. If you are a beginner as I was when I joined, no worries. Everyone makes you feel very welcome and helps you learn the ropes. Stop by and check it out. If you're anything like me, you'll join and watch your body slim down and tone up!!

They offer Pilates, Barre, Cross Training, Pound and an incredible Bootcamp (that I just completed!) and childcare! All of the Trainers at this gym are incredible, motivating and approachable. As a busy single mom, it is hard to make time for myself and even tougher when you aren't excited about it. I have tried almost every gym in the central valley and for the first time, I've found a gym that I look forward to coming to each day. With the variety of fitness classes offered and childcare available, there is always an awesome class to join and I can always find a time that works for me. Highly recommend!

Core fitness Modesto co-owner Ross approaches me in regards to an equipment sale. He was highly unprofessional, continued to harass me and not a good representative of his company.

I've been going here 3 and a half years and I can't say enough good things about it! The owners and all the coaches are wonderful people and really know how to challenge you at whatever fitness level you are at. Core Fitness offers a wide variety of classes, and everyone is sure to find something they love. My favorite classes are TRX, TRX Next/FIT class, and Pilates! Class sizes are small, so you are never left to try and figure things out on your own or trying to catch up with what everyone else is doing because you can't see the teacher. They also offer child care during certain parts of the day, and have some killer quick lunch break classes if you can get in and out in time. On top of having great classes, the coaches are always promoting good nutrition and offer great advice on how to stay on track! Since starting here and staying consistent with 2 to 3 classes per week, I have gained a decent amount of muscle and have gotten considerably stronger, more than I ever was able to achieve on my own with Jillian Michaels or P90X videos. This is a great community to be a part of, I guarantee you won't be disappointed if you give yourself time to adjust and take up the challenge!
