I was hooked from day 1 at Bonz. With the level of fitness here, I now have a new found respect for the game and boxers. I plan to keep coming back .

I joined the gym today and had my first workout. Tony is awesome. He was very friendly and always made sure I knew what I was doing. It was a great workout, very cardio intensive.

Tony is the owner and trainer. He is kind hearted and caring person. He welcomes everyone to join. Everyone that trains there is friendly and nice. Once you join you feel part of the bad 2 to,the bones team. Everyone helps one another and encourages to be better. Its a great place where you don't feel left out and you learn self defense and feel great after your done.

My kids go to this gym. Tony is a great trainer and mentor! He always has his clients best interest at heart. He's a great leader and my kids love his style of coaching" No pain no gain"... it's a great way to get your kids to be more confident in defending themselves. The lady behind the counter is always so courteous and kind. Great customer service and strong workout ethic!!
