Honestly the crossfit trainers are not that great accept for the coach Phong that trains on Saterday morning he is the strict one.He explains what the work out helps you on and what I like is that he really pushes you, witch I think thats very important.What I liked is that the gym is always clean and organized.

Thanks to austin's crossfit unlimited, i'm in the best shape of my life. Really supportive group here that actually got me to look forward to working out. i recommend it to all my friends. stop by and check it out if you're looking into crossfit. i really recommend going in for at least a couple months so they can teach you the right form when it comes to the workout of the day. the facility has lots of space and every piece of equipment you need to do the WOD. just stop in to milpitas health and fitness and ask about it.
