I was referred to Thrive by my friend and her husband, after my back had went out. Although it it was a recurring back pain for 10 years, I didn't have a regular chiropractor. I've been to quite a few different ones, but they never stood out.
After having my back go out three times in eight months, while coming here, I requested for an MRI. It was the most times my back has ever gone out in such a short time. With the results, Dr. K and Dr. Mike pin pointed that I have a herniated disc, which I never knew about. Dr. K had an idea and with the results, it confirmed it his suspicions.
Dr. K and his staff would see the the day before, on two separate appointments, and the next day, I was back and barely mobile and in chronic pain. As of now, I'm here on a weekly basis, which will then thin out to bi-weekly, etc..., based on how my back is doing.
All in all, everyone from the front desk to the masseuse, whom I haven't seen yet, are friendly and have great customer service! They are always polite, attentive, and concerned. They do have donation boxes and activities for some holidays, which all patients may take part in. They decorate their office during major holidays as well. Everyone is always smiling and helpful, which is a plus!
P.s. If you plan on becoming a regular, I would suggest buying your own pads for STEM. :) Be sure to ask if they grabbed your pads.
