I am almost done with my 6 week challenge and am hoping to continue. You have a meal plan, a 30 minute workout and personal trainer. Even though there may be several in the class attending, Katie, My trainer, is awesome. She gives you the attention you need and most of my workouts have had to be modified (previous surgeries/injuries). I thought at first... BOOT CAMP, YIKES, that's for people who are already in shape and exercise all the time, but nope, its for all levels of fitness, from the couch (I mean beginner) to expert. You won't know until you try it!!
