Its a great environment to work out and your always cool. Management is very welcoming and I couldn't think of a better gym that's 5 minutes away from me.

This place is for real, if your a snowflake stay away. Training here is exceptional, this could save your life someday. Me and my teenage daughter started tracing here and love it, gonna quit smoking cigars so I can train harder!!

Has good skills as far as kickboxing goes and great programs. But horrible customer service and most of the instructors including the owner have a bad attitude and no respect for thier customers. Very unorganized and money hungry as well. Maybe this will help change that. Just giving an honest opinion from my own personal experience .

Been feeling like part of the Valdez Muay Thai gym since day one. Coach is always on it when we are on the mats. Kept coming back because I have seen great results.
