First, I love this place! It's kind of like being in PE, again, with all your friends! Second, I highly recommend a 6-week challenge for everything they will teach you about how to be fit (and keep fit), including what to eat!
THEY WORK WITH YOU! I signed up for a 6-week challenge that includes a meal plan and circuit training 5-6 days a week. I didn't hit my targeted body fat loss percentage, but Fabian worked with me a lot! We modified my meal plan, we talked about body types and the trainers (all of them are awesome in their own way!) help each person. Everyone encourages each other, which is great, because it's a hard work-out! I did lose more weight than I expected, and now my clothes are too big... and I FEEL FANTASTIC!
The kind of training they do here is really practical. They vary the workouts so that you work all of the muscle groups throughout the week, but it's actually lifting things, reaching with weights, pushing the sled, running, stretching, etc., not working on machines. It's so much easier to do all the work around my house, now!
It's great to have that meal plan as a reference, too! Now, I totally know when I'm eating too much fat, not enough protein, NOT ENOUGH WATER! LOL And, it's so easy to get back on track!
