I love UFC for many reasons. Staff is very friendly, and there for you if you have any questions. The gym is clean and always being maintained. The layout of the gym is also structured very well and it has a lot to offer, including sparring rooms, punching bags, and a very own UFC Octagon. On top of all that, it is a 24 hour gym which is nice whether you want to go in the early, early morning, or late night. I definitely would recommend all my friends and anybody to sign up.

Excellent Classes
Mercedes and Octavio are top notch trainers.
Their classes are great for beginners looking to learn the foundation of boxing or great for people looking for one hell of a workout!

Gym has all the equipment u can imagine. staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Management is super cool and helpful

Great gym!!! Everything is gets 5 stars from the fitness & combat classes, trainers, staff, fitness challenges, juice/salad bar, special events... I'm in the 40 year old club and I'm in better shape now than when I was in my 20's. Thanks UFC Rosemead!!!

Give you a Five Star rating (haven't been there yet). Read all kinds of U.F.C. interviews and what have you in Prison/County Jails throughout the years and it was all good. Saw a fighter on the street dude just nodded and minded his own business and looked totally down to earth. If I get a job I'll try to pay a visit. Enjoy your sessions.

The gym itself was very nice. My problem was their customer service at the front desk. I had gone to sign up in the morning at 9:30am. There was a white blonde male at the front desk who didn't acknowledge me. After I said hello to him I asked if I could speak to an associate that does the sign ups. I was told that those members weren't there yet. I'm mad on how he handled the situation because he didn't even try to get in contact with them. His communication skills are poor. If you want to work there for a free membership that is cool but make sure you're doing your customer service job correctly. I was there for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I wasn't told anything about when they will come or what time I should come. He just blew me off like I was bugging him.

Once you got the membership, you will be unable to cancel. Remember, those people including the manager their are willing to help you to sign up the membership but when you want to cancel, no one will help you. In the end,I have to call my bank to stop paying them

The UFC gym is full of car salesman who are very disrespectful. Don't get fooled to go there just because its named UFC.

I love the fitness and martial arts classes! You definitely learn a lot from each coach since each person have their own specialty. The staff is also very nice, accommodating and its actually cleaner than most gyms. I wish they cleaned the matted area where they do Brazilian Jiu jitsu and wrestling more though as it was very grainy and dusty when I stepped on it.

This was my first mma gym. I've now relocated to DC. Surprisingly great muay Thai and jiu jitsu training for such a cheap gym. The price is ridiculously low for a mma gym especially with what I'm paying now. Bender is a beast black belt in jiu jitsu and Jared and Chris krisnosky are great muay Thai instructors. Good intro to mma for me and I've stuck with it since. Miss this place.

Place to work out. Not too crowded depending on what time it is visited. Protein shakes sold near entrance/exit are pretty good.
