I honestly don't think that it is healthy to force the body to loose weight loss rapidly and I don't think that the skin will be tight as quickly as the weight loss.
I don't recommend this type of weight loss challenge process! !

Great selection of exercise machines, really impressive staff for keeping in touch via E mail , much appreciated.
Very clean shower and changing areas, cleaning staff very much in evidence .

Great place to start your transformation
If you want to loose weight, definitely go to the camp Transformation Center-Pico Rivera! It really works! I went from a size 10 on past to now a size 4, and from large to small shirts. Their trainers are really good teaching us the class! They great at encouraging us to keep working hard!

The trainers here motivate you, everyone is really friendly. Really recommend it
Depending on the day there is some staff that is rude. Staff is not always aware of product being sold our it's effects. On other days there's encouraging staff that will motivate you.
