Peter is an awesome trainer and therapist. He tailors his sessions to your particular needs and goals. I've been going to Peter for about a year now. As an engineer who sits at a computer all day, I was having back pain, had low flexibility & coordination, and was just generally out of shape. After working with Peter I feel much more capable physically and able to do things I'd otherwise be reluctant to. The old back pain is gone and I'm more flexible and have more energy than I've had in years. Peter will also help you with dietary planning and knows several different physical therapy techniques. Highly recommended.

Peter is a very professional, knowledgeable, and an encouraging trainer. I have been seeing him for two months and I feel leaner and stronger. I first went to him because I wanted to get toned and get healthy. But after seeing him for two months, I realized I want to continue with him for as long as I can. Peter pushes me to workout harder and to focus on my goals. The great part is that all the hard work and encouragement from Peter gets you results.

Peter is awesome! If you're serious about getting in shape you should check in with him. He has many years of experience and lots of education behind every workout he tailors for you. Not all trainers are made equal and I can vouch that Peter is a great trainer. Try out one workout session and get hooked. You will be happy with your results, I am.

Peter is s star -- he's probably forgotten more than most physical training and therapy than most so-called trainers/therapists know. His 'thumbs of steel' really do the job when nothing else can -- especially the ART (active release) stuff. He's has helped my rehab both a blown knee and shoulder with amazing results. Definitely check him out.

Where do I start? I'm 28 years old and Peter has been my trainer for the past 2.5 years. As a 28 year old male you wouldn't expect to have a trainer; most would go to the gym and lift as much as they can and become meat heads. I use to do that when I was in and right out of college. My main objective was to be fit for the long run. Peter trains me to workout the right way. After every session, I feel stronger, healthier, and not to mention look better. Most of my friends that are in their mid 30's have back and joint problems, which I blame on poor exercise routine. Peter is VERY knowledgeable and committed to his work. Having Peter as my trainer has been the best investment to my body.
