Horrible customer service, particularly of this employee named STEVE SIGUENZA, who was trying to charge us $30 to play volleyball (aside from the fee we already pay for the gym). Since people refused to pay, he brought up that the equipment was unsafe for use, and we needed to "donate" $30 to get a new one. However, it was the same equipment he used to set up before (so he knew it was unsafe and let us use it). Moreover, we received horrible customer service from his part, not only did he treat us in the most disrespectful way, but also refer to us as TRASH. To persuade us from talking to corporate managers he said that they're his "buddies" and that they only laugh about customer complaints about him, that is the reason he still works there. We of course spoke to the gym's manager, called the corporate but so far nothing's been handled, we're still waiting for the new volleyball equipment and this individual is still working there. If LA Fitness respects and values its customers, keep employees like that away.
