A great gym Large, clean and full of hot gay men. Trainers and the staff are great too. I work out with James, he's a great trainer. I usually hate him for a day or two after our workout, but the results are worth it!

Have been coming to this gym since it first opened. I watched it grow from just a few trainers to being loaded with some amazing and knowledgeable trainers, bootcamp classes and BJJ. Always clean and continuously updated with new equipment and accessories my training has never grown stale. If you are looking for a trainer ask for Patrick who is also the owner. He is hands down the best in that facility.
After 4 years Patrick opened a second location nearby and this newest facility is absolutely beautiful. Colors, layout and equipment sets it apart from any facility in the area. The change of scenery and equipment has reinvigorated my motivation and I'm super excited for the goals I plan to crush in 2018!

I am a personal trainer and trained my clients here for almost two years. I will be moving out of the area soon, so I am bummed that I won't be able to enjoy the facilities more. But, I felt obliged to give my two cents before my departure.
Overall, AWESOME gym. A variety of equipment that you won't find at corporate gyms. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating for every stage of fitness: beginners to competitive athletes. The trainers are top notch. And Patrick, the owner, has been nothing but helpful and extremely nice.

Best private training facility in Pasadena! Trainers are super cool, facility is very clean and the equipment is well kept. The back room is like no other gym I've ever seen with the entire floor covered with turf. Spacious design with complimentary towels service. No memberships offered so you need to have a trainer to use this place. The owner is very nice and always willing to help out. Trainers are knowledgeable and respectful. Ive been to all of the other private gyms in Pasadena and none can compete with PSC in terms of cleanliness, customer service and space. If your looking for a trainer you gotta try PSC, you won't regret it.

Great trainers. Excellent equipment. The owner, Patrick, is a great fellow, and an excellent trainer in his own right.
I love this gym! The trainers are amazing. I've lost 30lbs in 3 months! I plan to lose more weight and and get super toned. My workouts are never boring and I'm actually excited when I have a session.
