It was very spacious and it had more equipment than any other Planet fitness that I've been to.
I don't like a numerous amount of People with limited equipment.
I didn't have any issues and had a wonderful workout.

The woman with the blue hair is so rude, her response to our question about their policies was "You can cancel your membership if you don't like the policy" instead of fixing our problem. She deserves to be stripped of her manager position for being rude.
WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

It's a gym with lots to do. I gave it a 3 star cause it is a basic place to go and open 24 hours. There isnt a wow factor or else it would rate a little higher

Great place, NEEDS CAMERAS FOR PARKING LOT IN THE BACK!! I parked there and unfortunately someone keyed my car and spilled some kind of liquid on the front of my car. When i called to ask if they had cameras the guy i talked to said they didn't and planet fitness was not liable for anything that would happen to our vehicles. Im not mad at planet fitness nor would i want to sue them. I would have greatly appreciated some camera footage to take to the police at the very least. I have now purchased a camera for my car to avoid this and will take this as a lesson learned. Other than that i did have an enjoyable time there the place is well maintained and staff are nice. Please place some cameras in the parking lot since it is a 24 location i would feel way safer walking to my car. Thank you!!

Very good price and good equipment to exercise. Overall this place is too dark compared to L.A. fitness. I think L.A. fitness is better! Too many crazy people in here. The T.Vs don't have sound that's one thing I hate about this place. They place some music and that's all. They got 20 TVs with no sound.

Great place for a workout and if you get a Black Card membership you can bring a friend all they need is ID. With the Black Card you can use the massage chairs plus more.

PF Alhambra is a tidy, affordable gym with neat lockers, huge parking lot, free pizza and tootsie roll. LoL. Staff (Mark and co.) are competent, friendly and professional. They should be given a raise! Because they are always dependable. PF is without flaws, the only thing I abhor is when the machines are out of service, artic blasting A/C on the far back end and the crowded peak hours (M-W; 6pm), however, not as terrible compared to PF Mid-town Olympic blvd branch.The gym goers are friendly, nice and respectful. Similarly, there are good looking fit women in this gym which kinda motivating. Overall, I highly recommend this gym. I can suggest they add more new machines or install a wall pull up bars like most gym do.

So I got to go workout finally in the morning and let me say it was not a good experience. This place is always packed but I got over that I had a employee from this location Interrupt my workout for something that didnt need to be said. Iv noticed for some reason the morning Crew seem to be miserable people they're always have something negative to say, I got so upset that I left the workout. what's the point of me coming to this location when I can go to other ones where I haven't had any problems this is one of the reasons why I didn't choose this location as my main gym at first but now I'm Thinking of changing it again because I rather drive far and have no problems every time I go into this place. Only good thing from this location is they have lots of parking.

The woman's restroom have see-through shower curtains; fully exposing her body parts (leaving not a thing to the imagination). It also allows everyone who walks in to see every detail of your body that you are cleaning.
I called the corporation and reported it to the manager six months ago, yet they have not done a thing. They only gave me false hope evertime, yet the males shower curtains are fully covered. The man's curtains are even doubled.

I told him " I'll just go to Big Lots and get one", but I got it at Dollar Tree for $1. They do have free mini Tootsie Rolls in a container; chocolate & grape flavored.

On the downside the Men's locker room was not made with enough shower stalls and they don't have soap dishes in them. At times one will have to wait 5 to 10 minutes by to occupy one which can incur a delay in one's busy schedule. Over all I would give them a B+.

Has all the equipment required for a for an overall workout. The equipment is good condition. Its large open plan gives it lots of light which prevents it form feeling depressing.

if i could give it 0 stars i would!!! they make it so hard to cancel a membership. Ive tried canceling my membership several times over the phone because is to far for me to go to that specific location to cancel it.... I really don't know what the big deal is about canceling over the phone.... Just do it!!!! and to top it off the girls Ive spoken to are rude very rude! they are not helpful at all even thou i told them i plan on coming back in a bout a year, but after this experience I WONT COME BACK TO THIS GYM!!!!!!

It's a cheap place to throw around free weights great for a student trying to maintain a decent physique while not worrying about contracts with other gyms the stigma towards this place is crazy the weights here weigh as much as the weights at golds or la fitness it's about how you use them

I went for a while and cancelled after a while, I just didnt care for the place/atmosphere
Pros: cheap, really cheap.....No other place even comes close. Not crowded if you come early am, if you go in the pm....good luck. Pretty good assortment of equipment. Friendly staff. If you want a cheap place to work out, here it is
Cons: the whole wiping equipment doen after every use thing is cool, but a pain because there is no towel service and your supposed to walk over to a paper towel/spray bottle station use the paper towel then walk it back and throw it away after every time you use anything, which sounds nice in theory but is a pain in practice and you can get the stink eye from someone who spots you not wiping down a bench when you walk away from it for 2 seconds. No shelf in the showers to put your soap, no paper towels in the bathroom but theyre all over the gym??? Staff while friendly dont all seem to know whats really going on around there. While there is a decent selection of equipment, its not half as good as my last gym that was half the size.
In summary, if you dont want to pay much to go to a gym its good for what you pay, but sometimes you get what you pay for and this place is not for me.

Love how clean this gym is!!! Been to multiple gyms (LA fitness, 24 hour fitness and YMCA) and this planet fitness is by far the cleanest!!! Staff is always cleaning the machines and machines are always getting fixed right away totally recommend this gym!!!

The guy that signed me up was upfront with everything and he answered ALL of my questio b.s. and boy did I have plenty. There's no magic or hidden fees.
What you put in is what you get out of it.
Great place if you don't mind the crowd. It's a popular time when I go but I can't say that I struggle for parking or use for equipment.

Everything is nice and rainbows when you sign up. Nothing is explained, it's up to you to read the fine print they rush on you while you sign up. Staff is nice when they're not too busy ignoring you. I had called before coming to the gym to cancel my membership. I was told that I would get my money back from the 40 dollar yearly renewal fee (that they don't remind or tell you about when signing up). I double checked with the girl I spoke on the phone and she told me everything would go back to my account. I show up and try to cancel only to be told that I wouldn't get my money back. Don't waste your time or money. They aren't helpful and don't explain things to you. Please just go to your local park and run/walk. Even if you do get the membership stair climber = only 3 and always busy. Treadmills/weights/etc aren't enough. Just buy weights and you'll save more money and the drive to the gym. Or buy yourself a Jillian Michaels DVD, she's amazing!!

Will NOT refund you for nothing and will In FACT charge you for canceling. They have great lawers writing up their contracts. STAY AWAY FROM PLANET FITNESS. Zero help, zero care, they had no sympathy, nothing. Just another job for them. I had gotten sexually harassed at this location on serveral occassions and they did nothing. HENCE why I stopped coming and want to cancle. Thanks but no thanks.

Excellent price monthly, and I do believe that's enough fitness equipment for me to get exercise when I go there. Lots of rear parking, very relax atmosphere and friendly staff that make a lot of people to come here instead of other fitness gym.

Nice clean place for some cardio. But they lack squat racks ans benches for beach press. Thats a big problem.

The gym gets you a good workout! Clean for the most part, staff is always friendly :) 1 con for me however, is that the showers are not super clean. They often smell like urine, best bet would be to use some form of bleach to kill off the odor when cleaning! Other than that the location is cool, machines are never too packed! I'll give it a 4!

I have been to this location a couple of times. It's clean, nice, friendly staff, and has a bunch of equipment. But I just really wanted to say to the owner of planet fitness that they should open a new location in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles where fresh and easy was at. I think that would be a prefect spot for a gym. And since I have a membership with planet fitness I just thought that you should look into it.

Having very bad experience with them. Lots of conditions and laws were not clearly told by the day for signing up. We counsel several times but they didn't let us know the exact rules to become a black member. I didn't mean to find fault but just feel bad about their neglect for training their staff to clarify clearly to their prospective members. The facilities and everything are fine, but not their attitude in terms of not paying any responsibility and apology for their neglectance. Feel very very sad about this. Even don't want to go anymore.
