Excersize machines are worn. Minimum maintenance. Treadmills and elliptical machines turn off when in use,stationary bike loose hatdware on handles. Weight machines rubber handles coming off glue oozing out.

Love going there to work out. The place needs more stair masters. It's a very popular machine and they have only 4.. other than that, its good.

Front desk set me up as friend's guest and I like how he didn't try to sell me a membership. Bathrooms are clean. No bench presses or squat racks, only smith machines. Precor contract limited their machine and weight versatility. 1/3 less dumbbells and barbells you would see at a fitness goal driven gym. Pulley system machines with not enough weight.

Out of all the other planet fitnesses in the surrounding areas this one is my favorite one it doesn't get too packed and it's not too small. The equipment is clean and the environment is pretty good

I've been coming to this location for one year now. The staff is very professional and they always keep the gym clean. Throughout my workout I can see the staff sweeping, wiping down or mopping the floor. I tried the water massage but it wasn't my cup of tea. I wish they had a small room for classes. When I see the trainers do the group classes the trainers don't look very enthusiastic. The prices are good. I have the black card and it give same what I need.

I go here with my friend out with him in this pretty small but comfy gym and I love the no judgement zone here. A really good place for you too come and work out for a cheap price.

Parking is not always good because it depends on the time you work out. I usually work out after 6pm. It's a clean facility, well light at night, and pretty safe. On the down side they don't always have paper towels or cleaning spray available.

This planet fitness is nice but the manager there is unbearable. Their ID policy for guests is BS. They require minors to have an ID, what 14yr old has an ID? My son is home schooled through the k12 program, his student ID is online and they wouldn't accept that, only a passport or state ID if he doesn't have a student ID. When I had LA Fitness i was never asked for a guest to produce an ID, I didn't even have to give them my ID to sign up for my membership at Planet Fitness but my 14yr old son has to have one to enter as a guest? No exceptions? Dumb policy. I was embarrassed and left. Will be cancelling my membership. My son was treated like an illegal alien by a gym manager, not worth it. Good bye Planet Fitness, I'll be going back to LA Fitness.

I have been going to this gym now for a few months. I have tried to come in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. On several occasions, after walking in, handing my card to the front desk person that doesn't say a word to me, I have turned right back around and left since there is not ONE machine, mat, dumbbell etc that is free to use. If you come here, between the hours of 5pm thru 10pm, you will have little to no access to any of the equipment your workout requires for that day. If you can, and you come in the mornings, plenty of cardio machines are available but no weights or resistance machines. So far, the best time is around 2 or 3 or on the weekends. It's truly frustrating to be paying for a gym that I cannot have access to any time of day as advertised... and then add to it that the staff doesn't walk the floor to make sure other members are freeing up machines- lots of people sit on the machines to text and frankly therr are usually 3 ppl ag the front chatting with each other, i think one of them could walk the floor. Also, the paper dispensers and water fountain tend be habitually broken. I agree with other members, gym is clean, but it has that pungent gym sweat smell that could go away if they had windows that open.
Overall, it's a sad two stars for rude, apathetic staff, and overly crowded gym.

Great assortment of gym equipment. Management keeps up with the maintenance. Clean environment. Must come early though. Nights are very crowded.

I joined a few months ago, I haven't visited much because it has been really nice outside and I prefer to walk/jog outside. However, I notice the female staff members are pretty dismissive and not very helpful. I notice a lot of standing around a giggling, gossiping and chit chatting with each other with little to no customer service past check ins. MOST members are respectful and wipe down the machines after using but shouldn't the staff maintain the facility as well? How many people do you really need hanging out behind the counter. This place is starting to look and smell as bad as LA Fitness with the apathetic attitudes to match...Unfortunate

Well maintained, clean, safe even late at night. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great music played over speakers in locker room. Very upbeat feel.

I'm sure this is a great gym for the price, but don't get the membership if you don't plan on keeping it. I got the black member ship and than my hip went out so I couldn't use it. I called and they wouldn't let me out of my contract, I haven't used it once. Every month they take $19.99 out of my account. I guess all that money down the toilet.

Cleaning crew does an extremely poor job of shower area. Smells horrible, bugs n gnats riddle walls of shower area. This is right after the cleaning crew they use just left. This is at 2:30 in the am. I see the cleaning people leave as i enter. So that just shows they are not doing their jobs. Workout area is good. Locker area is in poor conditions/horrible.
I hope PF reads this and addresses the issue.

Workers are friendly and they have a variety of machines to get the best workout one can possibly get. I would give it 5 stars but the only problem is when it gets crowded

The staff members at this facility are ill prepared and apathetic towards their customers. In the case of an emergency such as the recent break in of my vehicle in the parking lot next to the gym they failed to inform me until after I had walked out to my car even though they were aware of what had happened beforehand. They failed to offer any form of assistance and simply remained standing at the front desk. The front staff of the late afternoon shift seem unqualified to do a decent job.
