I just came back from a 9 month deployment and my buddy wanted to go to the gym and Mr. Marcelo Garcia was really polite and helpful to assist. It was a very smooth and welcoming thing to do. Would definitely recommend coming here.
Alex the general manager gave me Excellent customer service. very clean gym. Weights are organized and big sauna. Really recommend for their customer service.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially on duty manager Marcelo Garcia. He was very helpful in filling me in on plan options. Excellent service.
It's an okay gym, a little small and a little limited on some of the equipment. But I have to say that they put some effort in improving the locker room. I don't go there as often as I used to. Instead I go to the one on Firestone or the one in West Covina.

One of the smaller LA Fitness. It has basic machines but not everything. Has a pool, and cardio room. Also has a sauna and a smoothie bar that might be a redeeming factor for some.

The people there are nice with a lot of different machines to help you out, and the pool is big if you want to work out swimming that is the place.
This place is great. Always nice and clean . I could actually use the restroom to poop with out being disgusted. The classes are plentiful. Just a great overall atmosphere.

In east Downey I am attend for temporary because my gym closed till Dec 2018 for renovation in Lakewood on South St and Downey Ave. Gym are new building and place so much different than my old gym. I hope my gym be alike this gym
Overly crowded, nice crowd that sits on machines and on their phone they should go home or take a dive in the pool.
Three days ago they robbed my friend Mirna in the women's locker room, they took her padlock and then they left and stole the car, and the front personnel did not know how to give information and they just said they did not even know how to check the cameras, and if that happens inside what security do we have in that club? There is no security inside, I warn everyone. Be very careful because there are people stealing, I happened 8 months ago and they stole everything.

I'm always impressed with how swiftly things get taken care of at this facility, in comparison to other gyms I've tried. Karen, the manager, runs the tightest ship in the shipping business....or fitness business, that is. Ty and Jennifer at the front desk are always greeting me by name every time I enter, which makes me feel like I'm supremely welcome and coming to a local hang out where everyone knows your name, as opposed to a health club--It keeps me coming back over and over and singing their praises.

I like it here, good mix of young n old people. Parking sucks when it's busy, but there is a ton of parking, u just may need to walk farther than normal. I like the off hours, staff is friendly and there are a ton of machines. The jacuzzi is huge and the sauna is a huge coed sauna, which I enjoy. The staff doesn't act like a bunch of pompous dictators like some other gyms, so it's a nice welcome feel. I drive from Los Alamitos to go to this gym!!!
Love this gym. I drive a little further just to workout here because staff is nice and helpful and there are always machines available.

Great work out clean installations only do not go betwen 5pm to 800pm Monday through Wednesday because is overcrowded but other than that very pleasant experience
Nice place to workout. Got my car keyed twice though. Should avoid working out too late.
I like this gym. The sauna was big, jacuzzi was big. Pool was a decent size.
This place is good and recently remodeled and new equipment was installed justa couple of years ago. The only complain I have is that is kind of small and some machines are only one or two of its kind and and very often I have to wait others finish in order to use it, the rest is fine.
It is a great fitness center clean and neat when I go my stair stepper awaits me. The staff is great & this is my favorite gym.

I thought this was a real gym. I guess not! They don't like it when you deadlift with proper form and bring down a weight of 405lbs even if you bring it down gently it's going to make noise but yet they're okay with members tossing dumbells down instead of reracking them or placing them on the floor also the weights are everywhere and you can never find any plates or dumbells without a couple of minutes looking plus their personal trainers need work or changing saw one having a member leg press losing out their legs
I go there all the time. It's alright. But no steam room and sometimes they neglect to fix equipment. There's this one treadmill that's been "scheduled for service" for weeks now.
